Listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory.  Music is the language of memory, is to the soul; what words are to the mind, is the true breath of life and rhythm find their way into the secret places of the soul.  It’s an explosive expression of humanity and washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.
